Fidel was an excellent sales rep. very low key and sincere, which is important to Me. He explained the features of the car and was very proud of what he was selling. I am a feature kind of a guy which was important. I got an upgrade on my forte to an optima at about what I am paying. The financing went smoothly and adding leather seats no problem. This is my second Kia and the most pleasant experience to date. Everyone was friendly and it made me want to come back for service.
